She enters the award in a stunning gold dress desgined exclusively for her by John Galliano for Maison Margiela. The dress is made by hundreds of gold safety pins designed like armor, linked in intricate geometric designs that covered her body. With her dramatically voluminous, curly updo she payed a tribute to her godmother, Dolly Parton.
When she got out on stage to present her award she wore a beautiful black, glittery jumpsuit with a halterneck.
As it was time to perform Flowers she wore a wonderful Tina Turner inspired silver dress designed by Bob Mackie.
Before the night ended Miley switched into a sheer black catsuit with a plunging sweetheart neckline, and a lacy swirly pattern and sequins all over. The waistline and ankles were embellished with faux pearls and white beads. Her last outfit was a brown sequin asymmetric dress with a super-high leg slit and an open back, custom-made by Gucci.
